The End is near signal if not deleted (spoiler alert!) will actually trigger a Game over screen with a screen saying that Dr. Kel has been terminated aka Converted so the email from the unknown sender is correct and you should delete it, after some time you will get an email from the sender again saying "Good" meaning you get to live. Sending it off by drone to where ever those people are will also result in the "good" email along with another from them saying is this a joke or something dissapointing.

Also when you get to the level where you see Robert Wheeler, the trigger has a gap in it... i did check everywhere behind the trigger. Nothing so far.

I noticed in the engine in extra theres a UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe file...

Mate my computer has 8 gigabytes of ram an AMD Ryzen 1400 and a RX 580 and it still runs smooth... except for the heating.
